Frugal Adventure #2

I found several deals this week but here are a couple:
3 giant bottles of Gain's new dish soap for FREE
2 California Pizza Kitchen Pizza's for $3.98 (normally $15)
4 family size Simply Orange orange juice bottles for .99/ea (normally $3'ish/ea)
1 box of wheat thins for FREE
1 box of new wheat thins stix for .99
2 tubs of Land O'Lakes butter for FREE

Frugal Adventure #1

I used some techniques from the couponing class and was able to purchase:
-A variety 10-pack of Quaker oatmeal
-A box of 10 Quaker granola bars
-A large box of Crystal Light drink mix
-2 tubes of Colgate toothpaste (the specialy kind- not just normal Colgate)
-1 bag of Brach's Candy Corn
Total purchase: $2.25

Frugal Adventures

For the last couple of years, hunting for deals has become a way of life- not sure who inspired me to do this but I love every minute of it. Usually when I talk about my deals, I am totally the outcast.. no matter if I am talking to a friend, family member or co-worker BUT I have realized there are others like me (that know how to get even better deals!!)- after this weekend's extreme couponing class taught by Kristin Harrison and a lecture by Dave Ramsey, I have stepped it UP! And, because I am a huge nerd I am going to start posting the deals I get on here :) The more deal's I get on stupid stuff (toothpaste, laundry soap, food), the more moolah we have to spend the way we want! See, it's not crazy!!
